Our toolkit
At this time, syvic can only provide services to 501c3 organizations. But tons of groups need websites! The good news is, with a little bit of patience you can get a lot started yourself.
Many consultants find themselves in the consulting business – they are paid to teach you things. As such, they sometimes feel that in order to maintain demand for their services, they need to maintain some control over the knowledge they offer. Some of their websites are full of silly marketing lingo and unnecessary technical jargon which perhaps they think gives the tools they work with some out-of-reach mystique. Because you are in the dark, they can increase margins by white-labeling services they recommend, otherwise available for cheaper, and pocketing the difference. We don’t do that.
We want to not only be transparent and approachable, but we want to share anything that we know. We utilize open-source tools and similarly, we believe that information wants to be free and universally available.
So these toolkit pages are us cutting out the middleman (ourselves!). If you have any questions, we happily accept them at toolkit@syvic.org
